ZEN and the art of ATTRACTION.

Play

I just got back from running some errands. Along the way I managed to meet 3 beautiful women. All 3 interactions were great.

Why?

Playfulness.

I was feeling silly. They were feeling attracted.

Playfulness shows alot of things.

First, it shows that you don't take yourself too seriously.
Second, it shows that you're not taking the interaction too seriously.
Third it shows that you're not taking her too seriously (not intimidated).
Fourth it shows that you know how to have fun.

Playful tip of the day - pretend your stupid. Minsinterpert. Make her help you figure stuff out.

When I say stupid..i mean like reaaally stupid.

Does pretending you're stupid really work? I am turned off by stupid guys. Intelligence and a quick wit is so attractive to me. It can make an average guy intriguing and beguiling.

i was surprised to find that you changed the name of your blog yet AGAIN, but it's making a lot of sense. a quick scan over your exclusivity with the Tao has actually helped me put things into perspective. knowing that you've had much experience with pickup, i can see how going for zen and complacency really works for you, and to the same effect, it's keeping me from going CaRaZy!

and about being silly... well, this post has reminded me that i really AM a silly person by nature or preference. being a teacher has also really helped me to bring out the kid in just about everyone. it's funny to see 30 or so year olds flapping their wrists about, trying to learn and imitate my nonsense and enthusiasm.

this simple post has helped me realize that i'm really just a silly intellectual. a big kid. and reinforces my self perception of being either jokingly serious or seriously joking.

damn. what a long comment!

thanks Spitkicker! keep doin' what your doin'. i dig it!

The Eternal Freshman-

Works like a charm :) There's a very big difference between a stupid guy and a smart guy who is being playfully stupid.

The stupid guy will be guarded and defensive, the smart guy will put it all out there for himself to be made fun of.

A smart guy will be stupid, with this little smirk, while the stupid guy who senses that the situation is beyond his scope of intelligence will wear a scowl.

It's not about tricking someone into thinking you are stupid. It's about demonstrating playfulness, and getting a fun interaction going on.

Hope that made sense.
